Order Information & FAQs

Lead Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for standard items. Custom orders will take a little longer.

Payment: We accept all credit cards via Paypal. Your credit card information is securely handled by Paypal and you need not be a PayPal member to pay.

Patinas:  Patinas shown are representative and due to the inherent nature of the patina process, we cannot guarantee that your patina will be just like that shown. It will be generally the same as far as colors.

Shipping:  Please do not accept a shipment that appears damaged.   If, after accepting, you discover hidden damage, please call us immediately and re-pack the item exactly as it was delivered to you.  Returns are not accepted without an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number on the outside of the package.

Cancellations: If we have not started your order, there is a 10% cancellation charge to cover administrative costs.  No refunds if we have already ordered material and or started work.
