Order Information & FAQs

Lead Time:  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for standard items.  Custom orders will take a little longer.

Payment: Your card will be charged half now and half just before we ship.  If we have the item in stock, we will charge the entire amount when you order.

Patinas:  Patinas shown are representative and due to the inherent nature of the patina process, we cannot guarantee that your patina will be just like that shown.  It will be generally the same as far as colors.

Shipping: Please do not accept a shipment that appears damaged.  If, after accepting, you discover hidden damage, please call us immediately and re-pack the item exactly as it was delivered to you.  Returns are not accepted without an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number on the outside of the package.

Cancellations: If we have not started your order, there is a 10% cancellation charge to cover administrative costs.  No refund if we have already ordered material and or started work.  Your initial payment is considered earnest money.
